First DIY Project!

Yay! I’ve been working diligently the last couple of weeks, trying to get things done while I still have the motivation. I’m almost done with the drawings for the table indicators, but I wanted to post the first thing I’ve finished: my photo reminder cards! I plan to place these at each place setting to remind people to share their pictures. I’m not getting them printed until closer to the wedding (just in case Yahoo! decides to change the log on procedure). Check them out:

Sara: Very cute card and a good idea. My only question is will they actually take it home and remember? I will of course.

I’m not sure…I hope that they will! If not, oh well I guess. I am thinking that I can somehow incorporate this design with a self-addressed envelope. Then inside the envelope I can have a blank CD, and if people want they can either upload to the website, or they can mail a CD with their pictures on it to us. Maybe some people would think that’s easier. I figure if people don’t use the CDs, they’re only about 2 cents each. I don’t think printing these cards or the envelopes would cost too much either.
